The Gas Express System® consists of a tanker truck which arrives at a customer site and transfers product into a microbulk storage system, via a wall mounted fill box. The benefit to the customer is the elimination of cylinder handling hazards, increased productivity and decreased product loss associated with traditional supply modes. Cee Kay has a fleet of tanker trucks for our product lines (nitrogen, oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide) to respond to customer needs.
Satellite technology allows Cee Kay to monitor inventory levels on all Bulk and Gas Express Systems. The technology, known as Level Devil, sends a signal via satellite to Cee Kay. This provides daily tank levels, to allow for forecasting and scheduling of future deliveries.
TraCKer is a cylinder bar coding system that allows us to monitor the movement of cylinders to and from customer sites and within our facility. Bar codes are placed on each cylinder and palm handheld scanners are used to scan cylinders at our dock and at the customer site to verify cylinder deliveries and returns. The benefit to the customer is that if a lost or stolen cylinder is returned to us, TraCKer will allow us to credit the correct customers account.

Six factory-certified technicians to perform service and warranty repairs on all of the equipment we sell. We have two mobile repair vans to make on-site repairs. Our rental fleet consists of over 800 pieces of equipment to fulfill all your welding and cutting needs.

We have a welding robot in our technical center to perform demonstrations and feasibility studies for our customers. A state-of-the-art training and technology lab, a classroom facility as well as over 40 pieces of equipment that highlight the latest technology in the industry. This equipment is also available for hands-on training and demonstrations. We also offer general and specialized training courses on a monthly basis. This allows customers to expand the knowledge of their personnel. Many courses are accredited as Professional Education Units (PEU).
